Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it and also be in the original packaging. You would need to contact us within 7 days by email scentbottles@gmail.com for your return request to be approved.


Please note a return will not be accepted and refused if you are not satisfied with the smell of the perfume or the longevity.

Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return delivery cost and ensuring that all the goods arrive in back to us in perfect condition.

Any faulty products must be notified to us immediately after receipt of delivery.n

We suggest you send them via a delivery service that requires a signature, such as recorded or special delivery.

Photo images will be requested when reporting a faulty item.

If a returns request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange will not be issued.


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  (excluding the delivery charge)

Late or missing refunds 

Please allow 4-5 working days for a refund.
If you still haven’t received a refund. Please check with your bank as some banks may take slightly longer to apply the funds in to your account.

Sale items 


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us a email to scentbottles@gmail.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for the costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping charge will not be refunded.
