PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE MENTIONED PRODUCTS ALONG WITH THEIR LABELLING ARE A MERE GUIDE AND IN NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD BE MISTAKEN FOR THE ACTUAL HIGH STREET BRAND. NAME TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS ARE PROPERTIES OF THEIR RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURERS AND/OR DESIGNERS.THESE VERSIONS ARE NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE ORIGINALS AND SCENTBOTTLES HAS NO AFFILIATION WITH THE MANUFACTURERS/DESIGNERS.

The lowest items will always be the cheapest 

Order 

Once an order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address provided by yourselves at the time of order.

Please keep a copy of the original email until your order has been dispatched and received.

Delivery

Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery. A standard delivery charge of £3.99 will be charged on all orders unless stated otherwise.

The cost of the delivery charge will not be refunded if a refund is required. 

Returns

No refund or exchange on any of our products sold on the website.

Please contact us to request a faulty return at scentbottles@gmail.com  The return request needs to be made within 7 days from the date of order.

The item must be sent back to us in It's original condition.

It will be the Customers responsibility to cover the cost of the return postage.

Cancelling an order 

Once an order has been placed and you wish  to cancel the order. Please let us know immediately (within the first hour ) that you wish to cancel the order. 

If the order has already been processed and shipped and we are not notified immediately to cancel the order. We will not refund the delivery charge and the customer will be responsible for paying the return postage. 

Stock

All our items are subject to stock availability,  if an item is no longer available after an order has been placed. A full refund will be issued and a email will be sent to notify you.

Faulty Items

Please email us if you have a faulty item.

If the item has been used and not been sent back in the original condition we have the right to refuse a refund. 

Refunds

If a refund is due we will email you and notify you that a refund has been done.

Please allow 4-5 working days for your refund to be received.

A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment.

None returnable items.

Perfumes and Bukhoor if seal is broken of packing.
