Returns

  • We offer a 14-day return policy for any unused items.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Perfumes are only eligible for return if the security seal is intact and unbroken.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at scentbottles@gmail.com with your reason for return before sending the item back.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty product, please report it within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items not in their original condition.

  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping for Returns

  • The return shipping address will be provided once your return request is approved.

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

  • If the item is over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
