Courier Delivery Policy – Scent Bottles

Delivery Options & Charges

• Standard Delivery:

  • £3.99 for orders under £45.00

  • Free for orders £45.00 and over

• First Class Delivery:

  • Flat rate of £4.99 per order (regardless of order value)

Delivery charges may change without prior notice. Final charges will be displayed at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed.

• Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to location, courier availability, or high demand.

• No deliveries are made on bank holidays.

• During busy periods, delivery times may be longer than usual; exact delivery details will be confirmed at checkout.

If the standard courier service is unavailable, we may use an alternative courier which could extend delivery time.

Standard Delivery

• Applies to most orders placed before 12:00 midnight.

• Subject to stock availability, delivery location, and courier capacity.

Returns & Undeliverable Parcels

• If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or

  • Failure to collect the parcel from the courier,

We will issue a refund minus the delivery cost, regardless of the shipping method originally selected.

• If you would like the order re-sent, a new delivery fee will apply.
